MUST send proof of deposit (APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OTHERWISE)

There is a 10-minute grace period, but please communicate with me if you will be arriving late

after 10 mins late= $15 extra (NO EXCEPTIONS)

after 20 minutes, the appointment will cancelled and considered a no-call-no-show 
 

NO CALLS NO SHOWS must pay $30 extra to book again
MUST cancel 24 hours ahead, same-day cancellations will lead to an extra $10 to reschedule
